Why it is graded that way
Guy Yalif of Webflow on the GTM Now podcast. His four buckets (content, technical, authority, measurement) are a useful way to plan the work. Two claims around them do not hold. “Keyword ranking no longer exists” is overstated: Google says its AI features are built on its ranking systems, so ranking still decides what gets pulled in. The shift from single keywords to clusters of questions is real. And the idea that you need llms.txt, Markdown copies or special schema is false for Google, which says you do not need new machine-readable files or markup. His schema statistics come with no source.
Checked against the original clip and, where it makes a factual claim, against whatever that claim leans on. If I have this wrong, tell me and I will fix the row and say what changed.
