Llms.txt vehicle-wrap anecdote vs Google's documentation.
There is something real in it. It may still carry a wrong number, and the note says so.

Why it is graded that way
One client story: a vehicle-wrap shop added an llms.txt file and got recommended by ChatGPT. No before and after is shown, so there is no way to tell the file did it. It is plausible for ChatGPT, which runs its own crawler. Google says the file is not needed for its AI features. It is cheap to add, so it is one of the Lab’s running tests instead of a guess.
