Google Workspace setup and admin
Google Workspace setup, done properly and handed to you
Your email on Google Workspace, on your own domain, set up properly and handed to you.
We set up Google Workspace on your domain, or move you onto it from a personal Gmail or Microsoft 365. Mail, calendars and contacts come across. The domain records get set so mail arrives and what you send reaches the inbox. Every brand you run gets its own addresses and labels. Then we hand you the admin console and show you how to run it.
Who it is for
Businesses still on a personal Gmail or a shared login, or paying for Microsoft 365 when the team lives in Gmail anyway. Owners running more than one brand out of one inbox. And anyone who set up Workspace years ago and no longer knows who holds the admin password.
What you get
- A move from Gmail or Microsoft 365, with mail, calendars and contacts brought across before anything switches
- MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set on your domain and tested, so mail arrives and what you send reaches the inbox
- Addresses and Gmail labels for each brand you run, so one inbox stays sorted
- Shared addresses such as hello@ or bookings@ routed to the right people
- Two-factor sign in turned on for every user
- A handover: you are the super admin, Google bills your business directly, and the recovery details are yours
- Admin help after launch when you need it: adding a person, removing one, getting someone back in
- Outcome
- Email on your own domain, in an account you own, that you know how to run.

Questions people ask
Do I buy Google Workspace through you?
No. You sign up with Google, the subscription is in your business name, and Google bills you directly. We set it up and help you run it. If you sign up through our link, Google may pay Wired Builder a referral bonus.
Will I lose any email in the move?
Not if the order is right. Old mail, calendars and contacts are copied across first, and the mail records on your domain change last, once the new mailboxes are ready. We check that mail is arriving before we call it done.
Can I run more than one business from one Workspace account?
Yes. Workspace lets one account hold more than one domain. Each brand gets its own addresses, and Gmail labels and filters keep the mail apart, so one person can answer for both without mixing them up.
Should I pick Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Workspace if your team lives in Gmail, Google Calendar and Docs. Microsoft 365 if it lives in Outlook, Word and Excel. If moving is not worth it for you, we will say so.
Who is the admin when you are done?
You are. You hold the super admin account and the recovery details. We can keep a separate admin login to help with changes, and you can remove it whenever you like.
