Questions people ask
Do I have to move my hosting to you?
No, and we would not host it in our name anyway. Our sites run in a Cloudflare account that belongs to you. If yours is on WordPress or another host today, we either look after it where it is or move it, and we tell you which makes sense before anything changes.
What goes in the monthly report?
What changed on the site, anything that broke and how it was fixed, what traffic and enquiries did, and one or two things worth doing next. Plain English, short enough to read over coffee. If a month was quiet, the report says so.
What happens if the site goes down?
On a static site served from Cloudflare there is no single server to fall over, which removes most outages before they start. If something does go wrong, the whole site lives in version control, and the last good version can be put back in minutes.
What if I want to leave?
You keep everything. The hosting, the domain and the code are already in your name, so there is nothing to hand back and nothing to migrate.
