Revenue and pricing strategy
A pricing strategy consultant who looks at the whole sale
Raise revenue per customer, and close more of the leads you already get.
A review of what you sell, what you charge and how customers buy, with a plan to raise revenue per customer and close more of the leads you already get. The fastest growth is often sitting in the offer and the follow up, not in more traffic.
Who it is for
Businesses that are busy but not as profitable as they should be, that have not changed their prices in years, or that get enquiries and lose too many of them between the first reply and the sale.
What you get
- → A review of your offers, your prices and what each customer is worth over time
- → The path from enquiry to sale mapped, with the steps where leads are lost
- → Packages and tiers that make the choice easy and the average sale larger
- → A plan for raising prices without losing the customers you want to keep
- → Follow up that answers every enquiry fast and chases the ones that go quiet
- → Quotes, deposits and payment links that make saying yes easy
- → The numbers to watch each month: close rate, average sale and revenue per customer
More revenue from the customers and leads you already have.
Where we have built it
- Blake Mitchell ↗
Twenty years of selling, to businesses and to consumers, before building the sites and systems that sell.
- sunhousebabysitting.ca ↗
The booking system offers each job to sitters in waves and takes the first acceptance, so no booking waits on someone to dispatch it by hand.
- houston-nannies.com ↗
Every enquiry is saved to a database and emailed to the owner, with the reply address set to the family who wrote in, so no lead depends on one inbox.
Questions people ask
How do I know if my prices are too low?
The usual signs: you are fully booked and still not profitable, almost nobody pushes back on the price, and you have not raised it in two years while your costs have. Winning nearly every quote is a warning, not a compliment.
Will raising prices lose me customers?
Some, usually the ones who cost you most to serve. The plan tests a change on new customers first, gives existing ones notice, and watches the close rate, so you see the effect in real numbers before committing to it.
What does revenue per customer mean?
What an average customer is worth to you over the whole relationship, not just the first sale. It grows three ways: a better price, a larger first order, and customers who come back. It is usually cheaper to grow than the number of customers.
Do you only look at pricing?
No. Price is one lever. The bigger leak is often between the enquiry and the sale: slow replies, no follow up, a quote that is hard to say yes to. We look at the whole path and fix the part costing you the most.
